Baby Ben

Well a few weeks ago I posted some pictures of Ben, but they didn't upload...so here you go. Here's an update on our chubby little 11 month old baby. All these pictures crack me up though, because it's really showing off his awesome hair...We are totally perplexed what to do with these lushes locks...he has such a different head of hair than my other boys...not to mention a large head...not quite sure what to do other than ignore it and let it keep growing!

Everything goes in his mouth...

He plays with everything.

 

This is his most recent favorite activity...he pushes and walks behind the laundry baskets. He has great balance and just runs around behind it. It's pretty cute! Then he gets mad because he bumps into the walls. Funny kid.

Next favorite thing is cardboard...he loves it! He finds it everywhere.

He's always happy when his friends come home because then they play with him.

Top of Utah Marathon...Awesome...

A few friends and I were off to Logan for a little support. 

We are SUPER excited they are almost to us....

Seriously, it was SO exciting...I loved it!

Yeah, that's right...we were supporting our dear friends running the Top of Utah Marathon last Saturday. Here is Amber in the blue tank SUPER excited to see us! 

Go Camille and Amy go! They had big smiles too when they saw us!

It was awesome... If your wondering, there is a spelling error on our poster...You can blame me for that one!

This darling 70 year old man told us he appreciated us coming to cheer him on and he needed someone to run with him for just a half mile...so who went...the pregnant lady! Go Amanda..I was on photo duty so obviously I couldn't run...anyways, she learned this was his 80TH marathon! What an inspiration to us all!

Finish line...That's got to be a good feeling after 4 hours of running. Unreal. And I thought 2 hours for a half was a long time to keep on going...I have another thing coming!

Here comes Camille...I love this picture!  What a relief and rush of excitement to be totally finished....YEAH!

The support staff...that's us!  Let's just say every single one of us had tears at some point. It's honestly the BEST motivational experience out there. For me, I love the idea of all the hard work, goal setting, training, bad days, good days, hard runs, great long talks with friends, early mornings, commitment, sore body...then one Saturday morning it's finished. An amazing goal accomplished...AHHH I just love this! (Cheering on friends that is...and Running!!)

What a great day this was. I loved every single second cheering these ladies on. They are SO inspiring...Let's just say that the finish line at a full marathon has just got to be that much sweeter than at the half marathons...My turn will come soon...let's just hope I can get my hips back to being healthy so I can set this as a goal...Until then, half marathons will do. My next one is scheduled for Snow Canyon Nov. 3rd...Yeah, baby! I can hardly wait!
